Rental Rates

We strive to maintain our home as one of the nicest you will find.  We have all new appliances, including refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee maker.  We offer an outdoor charcoal grill.  All linens are provided, including plenty of beach towels.  We provide telephone service and cable TV for your enjoyment (most villas do not!)

Of course, our villa is air-conditioned - but we do ask your help to run it only while you are home spending time in the villa.  Electricity is extremely expensive in the Bahamas, and our electric rates have literally doubled in the past twelve months due to higher oil prices.  Please help us conserve!

There is an additional one-time charge of $135.00 for maid service to prepare for your arrival and to clean up after you depart.  That is paid directly to our housekeeper after you arrive.

During the winter and spring, we make every effort to rent from Saturday to Saturday - but rentals can start on any day of the week, as long as space is available when the reservation is made.  We often have interest in long-term rentals.  We are happy to discuss rates for rentals longer than 4 weeks.

We have more flexibility renting during the off-season.  Holiday weeks still book early, though, so we do suggest contacting us early to ensure that space is available.  We offer a discount of approximately 20% from our peak weekly rates during the late summer and fall.
